BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT 

• Appointments for Makeup and Hairstyling services can be made 12 hours in advance. Please get in touch 

• Bookings made through my website are all held at the salon in Mermaid Beach (Bella Bronze/House of Beauty). Please get in touch if you are wanting a group booking outside the salon. 

• Your booking is confirmed once payment is processed via Timely.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT

• Makeup: Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face. Please let Olivia know if you have any allergies or sensitivities before the application.

• Hairstyling: Please arrive with clean and lightly blowdried hair ready for it to be styled.

• The look: Inspirational photos are appreciated so that Olivia can capture the look that you are wanting to achieve but please know that these aren't essential.

PAYMENT 

• All bookings need a $50 deposit to hold your appointment. Please know that the deposit will get taken off the final amount on the day. 

• For all eftpos transactions there is an extra $2 surcharge.

WEDDING BOOKINGS

• Wedding services can only be made via email or the bridal form on my website.  

• A $50/pp deposit is required to hold your wedding date and is no-refundable. The remaining balance is due a week prior to your date.

• Please know that without a paid deposit, your date can not be held.

• Bridal trials are all held in the salon and can be booked directly through my website at anytime.

TRAVEL

• Travel fees may apply for appointment's outside the salon location.

• Travel is available for bridal and group bookings only. Please get in contact with Olivia for further details. Beautybyoliviamayberry@outlook.com

PARKING 

• Parking for the salon is best down 'Sportsmans Ave', which is the street just before the building on your left. There should be visitor, customer or street parking available. Please arrive early to make sure that you do have parking as there is currently a lot of construction going on around the Gold Coast Highway at the moment.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable once booking is made.
